This indicator automatically draws ascending Elliot Wave patterns and price projections derived from the ranges that constitute the patterns.
█ CONCEPTS
Green and Red Candles
• A green candle is one that closes with a close price equal to or above the price it opened.
• A red candle is one that closes with a close price that is lower than the price it opened.
Swing Highs and Swing Lows
• A swing high is a green candle or series of consecutive green candles followed by a single red candle to complete the swing and form the peak.
• A swing low is a red candle or series of consecutive red candles followed by a single green candle to complete the swing and form the trough.
Peak and Trough Prices (Basic)
• The peak price of a complete swing high is the high price of either the red candle that completes the swing high or the high price of the preceding green candle, depending on which is higher.
• The trough price of a complete swing low is the low price of either the green candle that completes the swing low or the low price of the preceding red candle, depending on which is lower.
Historic Peaks and Troughs

The Fibonacci sequence is a series of numbers in which each number is the sum of the two preceding numbers, starting with 0 and 1. For example 0 + 1 = 1, 1 + 1 = 2, 1 + 2 = 3, and so on. Ultimately, we could go on forever but the first few numbers in the sequence are as follows: 0 , 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144.
The extension ratios are calculated by dividing each number in the sequence by the number preceding it. For example 0/1 = 0, 1/1 = 1, 2/1 = 2, 3/2 = 1.5, 5/3 = 1.6666..., 8/5 = 1.6, 13/8 = 1.625, 21/13 = 1.6153..., 34/21 = 1.6190..., 55/34 = 1.6176..., 89/55 = 1.6181..., 144/89 = 1.6179..., and so on. The retracement ratios are calculated by inverting this process and dividing each number in the sequence by the number proceeding it. For example 0/1 = 0, 1/1 = 1, 1/2 = 0.5, 2/3 = 0.666..., 3/5 = 0.6, 5/8 = 0.625, 8/13 = 0.6153..., 13/21 = 0.6190..., 21/34 = 0.6176..., 34/55 = 0.6181..., 55/89 = 0.6179..., 89/144 = 0.6180..., and so on.
1.618 is considered to be the 'golden ratio', found in many natural phenomena such as the growth of seashells and the branching of trees. Some now speculate the universe oscillates at a frequency of 0,618 Hz, which could help to explain such phenomena, but this theory has yet to be proven.
Traders and analysts use Fibonacci retracement and extension indicators, consisting of horizontal lines representing different Fibonacci ratios, for identifying potential levels of support and resistance. Fibonacci ranges are typically drawn from left to right, with retracement levels representing ratios inside of the current range and extension levels representing ratios extended outside of the current range. If the current wave cycle ends on a swing low, the Fibonacci range is drawn from peak to trough. If the current wave cycle ends on a swing high the Fibonacci range is drawn from trough to peak.
Elliot Wave Patterns
Ralph Nelson Elliott, authored his book on Elliott wave theory titled "The Wave Principle" in 1938. In this book, Elliott presented his theory of market behaviour, which he believed reflected the natural laws that govern human behaviour.
The Elliott Wave Theory is based on the principle that waves have a tendency to unfold in a specific sequence of five waves in the direction of the trend, followed by three waves leading in the opposite direction. This pattern is called a 5-3 wave pattern and is the foundation of Elliott's theory.
The five waves in the direction of the trend are labelled 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, while the three waves in the opposite direction are labelled A, B, and C. Waves 1, 3, and 5 are impulse waves, while waves 2 and 4 are corrective waves. Waves A and C are also corrective waves, while wave B is an impulse wave.
According to Elliott, the pattern of waves is fractal in nature, meaning that it occurs on all time frames, from the smallest to the largest.
In Elliott Wave Theory, the distance that waves move from each other depends on the specific market conditions and the amplitude of the waves involved. There is no fixed rule or limit for how far waves should move from each other, however, there are several guidelines to help identify and measure wave distances. One of the most common guidelines is the Fibonacci ratios, which can be used to describe the relationships between wave lengths. For example, Elliott identified that wave 3 is typically the strongest and longest wave, and it tends to be 1.618 times the length of wave 1. Meanwhile, wave 2 tends to retrace between 50% and 78.6% of wave 1, and wave 4 tends to retrace between 38.2% and 78.6% of wave 3.
In general, the patterns are quite rare and the distances that the waves move in relation to one another is subject to interpretation. For such reasons, I have simply included the ratios of the current ranges as ratios of the preceding ranges in the wave labels and it will, ultimately, be up to the user to decide whether or not the patterns qualify as valid.

█ LIMITATIONS
All green and red candle calculations are based on differences between open and close prices, as such I have made no attempt to account for green candles that gap lower and close below the close price of the preceding candle, or red candles that gap higher and close above the close price of the preceding candle. This may cause some unexpected behaviour on some markets and timeframes. I can only recommend using 24-hour markets, if and where possible, as there are far fewer gaps and, generally, more data to work with.

Percent of U.S. Stocks Above VWAPThis indicator plots a line reflecting the percentage of all U.S. stocks above or below their VWAP for the given candle. Horizontal lines have been placed at 40% (oversold), 50% (mid-line), and 60% (overbought). I recommend using this indicator as a market breadth indicator when trading individual stocks. In my experience, this indicator is best utilized while trading the major indices (SPX, SPY, QQQ, IWM) or their futures (ES, NQ, RTY) in the following manner:
- When the line crosses 50%, a green or red triangle is plotted indicating the majority of market momentum has turned bullish or bearish based on price positioning vs. VWAP. Look for longs when the line is rising (green) or above 50%, or shorts when the line is falling (red) or below 50%.
- When the line is below 40%, indicator shows red shading; I would not be long anything during this period. When the line exits this level, I begin looking for long entries. This line is adjustable in the indicator settings if you prefer to use a tighter or looser oversold level.
- When the line is above 60%, indicator shows green shading; I would not be short anything during this period. When the line exits this level, I begin looking for short entries. This line is adjustable in the indicator settings if you prefer to use a tighter or looser overbought level.
This indicator uses the TradingView ticker “PCTABOVEVWAP.US”, thus it only updates during NY market hours. If trading futures, I recommend applying VWAP to your chart and using that as the level to trade against in a similar manner, along with your personal price action analysis and other indicators you find useful.

I can only recommend using 24-hour markets, if and where possible, as there are far fewer gaps and, generally, more data to work with.
Similarly, if the current timeframe is not a factor of the higher timeframe there will be occasions when the left hand offset is out by a couple of bars. This is because the calculations are ultimately based on how many lower timeframe bars there are inside a sequence of higher timeframe bars. The indicator will also behave unexpectedly if the higher timeframe resolution is lower than the current timeframe, but that should be expected.
If the lines do not draw or you see a study error saying that the script references too many candles in history, this is most likely because the higher timeframe anchor point is not present on the current timeframe. This problem usually occurs when referencing a higher timeframe, such as the 1-month, from a much lower timeframe, such as the 1-minute. How far you can lookback for higher timeframe anchor points on the current timeframe will also be limited by your Trading View subscription plan. Premium users get 20,000 candles worth of data, pro+ and pro users get 10,000, and basic users get 5,000.

When you draw a horizontal line on the W top or W bottom and be waiting for roll reversal, have you ever missed it when it rebounded at the horizontal line? It is a helpful indicator to prevent such oversight.
After the candle touches the horizontal line (including the touch of the leg), and then the candle body passes the alert judgment horizontal line, it will be alert.
The horizon line and the alert judment horizon line should be entered as parameters.

The indicator plots levels which can act as magnets to price. The levels are gap areas which are used within the ICT (The Inner Circle Trader) trading system.
The indicator plots 5 areas of interest:
1: Daily Volume Imbalances - Referencing the Daily chart, boxes are calculated from close to open between all candles. Candles which have only 'wicks' between the close and open prices are considered 'volume imbalances. The boxes can then be shown on LTFs to aid in decision making for intraday traders. Imbalances can be limited to a maximum amount shown and mitigated imbalances can be removed from the chart. All colors can be customised.

2: NWOG - New Week Opening Gap - Plotted from Friday Close at 1659 to Sunday Opening at 1800 (EST). The current NWOG can be displayed on its own, or previous weeks can also be shown (ICT recommends the previous 4 weeks also). Boxes are plotted with a midline and all colors can be customised.

3. NDOG - New Day Opening Gaps - Plotted from day close at 1659 (EST) to restart at 1800 (EST). All colors can be customised. These gaps can be very small so line widths of 3+ are recommended if the lines are to be seen on HTFs

4. New Opening Gap - Plotted from close at 1659 to Session open at 0930 (EST). These areas can possibly be closed/filled after opening at some time. The indicator will draw box to the right of price which shows if the Opening Gap is UP or DOWN. The box will change color to show up or down, or text alone can be used instead of the box. 5. 0930 Opening Line - Draws a horizontal line from the opening price at 0930 (EST) to the last bar on the chart. This is the level used to calculate the New Opening Gap. All colors can be customised.

Swing Levels and Liquidity - By LeviathanThis script will plot pivot points (swing highs and lows) in the form of lines, boxes or labels to help you identify market structure, “liquidity” areas, swing failure patterns, etc. You are also able to see the volume traded at each pivot point, which will help you compare their significance.
Bars Left-Right
A pivot high (swing high) is a bar in a series of bars that has a higher value than the bars around it and a pivot low (swing low) is a bar in a series of bars that has a lower value than the bars surrounding it. The Bars Left and Bars Right parameters are used to define the number of bars on the left and right sides of a pivot point that the function should consider when identifying pivot highs and lows in a time series. For example, if Bars Left is set to 5 and Bars Right is set to 6, the function will look for a pivot point by comparing the value of the current bar with the values of the 5 bars to its left and the 6 bars to its right. If the value of the current bar is higher than all of these bars, it is considered a pivot high point. These parameter can be used to adjust the sensitivity of the script (lowering the Bars Left and Bars Right parameters will give you more swing points and increasing the Bars Left and Bars Right parameters will give you fewer swing points).
”Show Boxes” - This will draw a box above the swing high and a box below the swing low to help you visualise a large area of interest around swing points. Additional box types and the width of the box can be adjusted in Appearance settings below.
”Show Lines” - This will draw a horizontal line at the level of each swing high and swing low.
”Show Labels” - This will plot a circle at the high point of each swing high and at the low point of each swing low.
”Show Volume” - This will display the amount of volume traded in a given swing point candle. It can help you identify the significance of a given swing point by comparing it to the volumes of other swing points.
”Extend Until Filled” - This will extend the swing point levels until they are mitigated by the price. Turning it off will continue plotting the levels just a few more bars after a swing point occurs.
”Appearance” - You can show/hide swing points, choose the colors of labels, lines and boxes, choose the size and positioning of the text, choose line and box appearance (adjust the Box Width when switching between timeframes!) and more.

VWAP Boulevard [vnhilton](OVERVIEW)
The idea of this indicator comes from traders identifying supply to mainly look for shorts. Scenarios would be gap ups or pump & dumps where huge volume is transacted, & bag-holders are present. Some traders would draw resistance lines, I myself used to draw supply zones using the volume profile on that day, & others used the day VWAP on those days. VWAP Boulevard (I believe the name comes from the trader named team3dstocks) draws day VWAP lines from the highest volume days for a given period (excluding the current day).
(FEATURES)
- Draws horizontal & vertical lines from up to 250 highest volume days out of up to 3568 days, with the ability to hide either of these lines, their thicknesses, styles
- Extend/cut horizontal lines, or extend them all the way to the right
- Show the day VWAP, volume & age for these days in labels, with the ability to show what information you want to see only
- Separate customizable color forms for the lines & labels - ordinary (1 color); volume (2 color gradient from lowest to highest volume of the highest volume days); age (2 color gradient from youngest to oldest volume of the highest volume days)
- Edit offset & size of labels, & hide them
- Hide vertical lines

250 highest volume days in the past year. Very messy so it's very likely you won't be using this but the ability to draw lines from 250 highest volume days is there if needed

- This indicator will only on the daily timeframe (error message will show up if unaware of this, & can be toggled off). Unfortunately, this would mean you would have to draw the lines manually yourself if you wish to use them on intraday timeframes.
- You may also encounter the 'Pine cannot determine the referencing length of a series. Try using max_bars_back' error. This occurs when the lookback period is very high & the indicator attempts to recalculate I believe. If this happens then reload the indicator.
The logic I used to obtain the highest volume days were to put all of the volume days in a given period in 1 array, then to sort them from highest to lowest, & also store their sorted indices in an separate array as well, so that drawings for each volume day could be done from the 2 arrays.

Since these array sizes were determined from the lookback period, it would mean that the request.security() function used to obtain daily values on intraday timeframes wouldn't work for a lookback period >20 (20 * 2 values I believe, which are the day VWAP & the day volume) as TradingView has put a maximum amount of calls of 40 in 1 script. Therefore, for intraday plots to work I would have to change the logic for getting the day VWAP & day volume for the highest days, as the request.security() function doesn't work on for loops, & this would also mean that the user would only be able to draw lines from up to 20 highest volume days instead of 250. I couldn't go forward with this as I wasn't able to find the logic to pick the highest volume days & their day VWAPs & times (indexes) without using a for loop. If anyone has any solutions (including for the 'Pine cannot determine the referencing length of a series. Try using max_bars_back' error) then please let me know. I've also left commented-out code for dealing with intraday drawings for future use.

This indicator calculates the difference between price high's and low's, and fractions it by the close price. If it calculates the difference between a high and low or low and high is defined by whether the current close is higher than the previous close. It is then also rescaled to ensure the value is always appropriate compared to the last set amount of bars.
This indicator can be used to determine whether a market is trending or ranging, and if so in which direction it is trending.
How do I use it?

2. Find entry at Fibonacci levels:
Draw Fibonacci fibonacci retracement from Pivot Low to Pivot High. A Fibonacci retracement forecast is created by taking two extreme points on a chart and dividing the vertical distance by important Fibonacci ratios. 0% is considered to be the start of the retracement, while 100% is a complete reversal to the original price before the move. Horizontal lines are drawn in the chart for these price levels to provide support and resistance levels. Common levels are 23.6%, 38.2%, 50%, and 61.8%

HULL MACDThis MACD modification uses a fast HULL MA instead of the regular one. Also includes 2 horizontal lines. When using it on a daily timeframe the lower borders should be used for guidance to know when the market has gone too far away from the average price and thus a reversal might happen.
On smaller timeframes the dotted lines can be used for this purpose.

PLOT TYPE OPERATIONS
This option has 4 entries
a) Mult
Sets the multiplier for the selected Plot Type (stochastic, Percentrank, Org Range (-1,1) ) except for "Original" in the range (-1,1).
EXAMPLE: When 1000 is selected, the indicator in the range of (-1,1) will appear in the range of (-1000, 1000) on the screen.
b) Shift
It determines the shift that will appear on the screen for the selected Plot Type (stochastic, Percentrank,Org Range (-1,1) ) in the range (-1,1) other than "Original".
EXAMPLE: When Shift:35000 and mult:1000 are selected, the indicator will appear in the range (34000, 36000) on the screen.
c) Smooth
This option (only for Stochastic & PercentRank) allows to smooth the indicator to be displayed.
Here, tradinview ta.swma function is used.
b) hline
Adjusts the horizontal lines to appear on the screen according to the mult factor for the range (-1,1)
The lines represent the values (-1, -05, 0, 05, 1)

You need to choose indicators that you can use in strategy conditions.

The indicator is displayed on the screen with its current values. It is an ideal solution for displaying moving average indicators such as (EMA, SMA) over current stock.
Since the values of indicators such as (RSI, COB) are low (-100,100 : -1.1), they appear at the bottom of the screen and make analysis difficult.
For this reason, other options may be more suitable for these.
b)Stochastic
The indicator is displayed on the screen with stochastic calculation in the range of -1.1.
It uses the stochastic(50) calculation method to spread indicators such as (RSI, COB) over the range (-1,1).
Indicators in this selection can be fixed and monitored under stock on the screen with the parameters under the Plot Type section.
You can see the original values of the relevant indicator on the Data Window screen.

c)PercentRank

There is an area in the code for designing Custom Indicators.
Here you can design your own indicators and use them in the framework.

Divergence-Support/ResistenceAnother script based on zigzag, divergence, and to yield support and resistence levels.
This idea started with below two concepts:
▶ Support and resistence are simply levels where price has rejected to go further down or up. Usually, we can derive this based on pivots. But, if we start looking at every pivot, there will be many of them and may be confusing to understand which one to consider.
▶ Lot of people asked about one of my previous script on divergence detector on how to use it. I believe divergence should be considered as area of support and resistence because, they only amount to temporary weakness in momentum and nothing more. As per my understanding
Trend > Hidden Divergence > Divergence > Oscillator Levels of Overbought and Oversold
⬜ Process
▶ Now combining the above two concepts - what we are trying to do here is draw support resistence lines only on pivots which has observed either divergence or hidden divergence. Continuation and indecision pivots are ignored.
▶ Input requires only few parameters.
Zigzag lengths and oscillator to be used. Oscillator periods are automatically calculated based on zigzag length. Hence no other information required. You can also chose custom oscillator via external source.
▶ Display include horizontal lines of support/resistence which are drawn from the candle from where divergence or hidden divergence is detected.
▶ Support resistence lines are colored based on divergence. Green shades for bullish divergence and bullish hidden divergence whereas red shades for bearish divervence and bearish hidden divergence. Please note, red and green lines does not mean they only provide resistence or support. Any lines which are below the price should be treated as support and any line which are above the price should be treated as resistence.

Crypto Directional Movement Index DMI/ADXCrypto ADX + DMI
This indicator is a customised version of the ADX + DMI by J. Welles Wilder in 1978, with default settings optimal for cryptocurrencies.
What is the DMI (ADX) Indicator?
According to Investopedia:
DMI (ADX) consists of three indicators that measure a trend’s strength and direction. Three lines compose the Direction Movement Index (DMI): ADX (black line), DI+ (green line), and DI- (red line). The Average Directional Index (ADX) line shows the strength of the trend. The higher the ADX value, the stronger the trend. The color of the lines can be altered, but black, green, and red are the default in most software.
The Plus Direction Indicator (DI+) and Minus Direction Indicator (DI-) show the current price direction. When the DI+ is above DI-, the current price momentum is up. When the DI- is above DI+, the current price momentum is down.
This Version
The ADX default value has been changed to from 14 to 2 (optimal for cryptocurrencies). The background flashes red when the –DMI goes above the HZ1 threshold and green when the +DMI does the same. There is an option to change it so that it’ll only flash when the ADX and the DMI are both above the threshold. The ADX changes color when above HZ1.
Red and green plotshapes appear at DMI crossovers and three horizontal lines have also been added.

ATR Pivot Point Index [racer8]Description:
ATR Pivot Point Index (ATR_PPI) is based on the theory of mean reversion.
I was inspired to create this indicator after watching a particular YouTube video on the UKspreadbetting channel.
In this video, the trader being interviewed mentioned that he would exit when price is too far from the moving average.
In other words, he exits when he thinks price will revert back to the moving average (mean reversion).
I'm not sure what period moving average he used, so I set it to the standard 14 periods.
I wanted to quantify his strategy so that the user can consistently exit a trade at a fixed distance away from the moving average.
For this indicator, this distance is in ATR units.
This strategy of exiting is known as the mean reversion exit strategy.
Alternatively, if the user wishes to, this indicator can also be used as an entry indicator (Trend entry strategy).

Parameters:
1. Sma Period - controls length of moving average (Affects histogram).
2. Atr Period - controls length of Atr, doesn't have much affect on indicator (Affects histogram).
3. Atr Pivot Point Level - controls horizontal line, it determines how far away in Atr units you want to exit/enter from the sma for every trade.

Neglected Volume by DGTVolume is one piece of information that is often neglected, however, learning to interpret volume brings many advantages and could be of tremendous help when it comes to analyzing the markets. In addition to technicians, fundamental investors also take notice of the numbers of shares traded for a given security.
What is Volume?
The volume represents all the recorded trades for a security that occurs in a given time interval. It is a measurement of the participation, enthusiasm, and interest in a given security. Think of volume as the force that drives the market. Volume substantiates, energizes, and empowers price. When volume increases, it confirms price direction; when volume decreases, it contradicts price direction.
In theory, increases in volume generally precede significant price movements. However, If the price is rising in an uptrend but the volume is reducing or unchanged, it may show that there’s little interest in the security, and the price may reverse.
A high volume usually indicates more interest in the security and the presence of institutional traders. However, a rapidly rising price in an uptrend accompanied by a huge volume may be a sign of exhaustion.
Traders usually look for breaks of support and resistance to enter positions. When security break critical levels without volume, you should consider the breakout suspect and prime for a reversal off the highs/lows
Volume spikes are often the result of news-driven events. Volume spike will often lead to sharp reversals since the moves are unsustainable due to the imbalance of supply and demand
note : there’s no centralized exchange where trades are recorded, so the volume data represents what happens at a particular exchange only
In most charting platforms, the volume indicator is presented as color-coded bars, green if the security closes up and red if the security closed lower, where the height of the bars show the amount of the recorded trades
Within this study, Relative Volume , Volume Weighted Bars and Volume Moving Average are presented, where Relative Volume relates current trading volume to past trading volume over long period, Volume Weighted Bars presents price bars colored based on short period past trading volume average, and Volume Moving Average is average of volume over shot period
Relative Volume is presented as color-coded bars similar to regular Volume indicator but uses four color codes instead two. Notable increases of volume are presented in green and red while average values with back and gray, hence adding ability to emphasis notable increases in the volume. It is kind of a like a radar for how "in-play" a security is. Users are allowed to change the threshold, default value is set to Fibonacci golden ration standard deviation away from its moving average.
Volume Weighted Bars, a study of Kıvanç Özbilgiç, aims to present if price movements are supported by Volume. Volume Weighted Bars are calculated based on shot period volume moving average which will reflect more recent changes in volume. Price actions with high volume will be displayed with darker colors, average volume values will remain as they are and low volume values will be indicated with lighter colors.
Volume Moving Average, Is short period volume moving average, aims to display visually the volume changes. Please not that Relative Volume bars are calculated based on standard deviation of long volume moving average.
What Else?
Apart from the volume itself, your ability to assess what volume is telling you in conjunction with price action can be a key factor in your ability to turn a profit in the market. It makes little sense to analyze the volume alone. To correctly interpret the volume data, it shall be seen in the light of what the price is doing. there are a lot of other indicators that are based on the volume data as well as price action. Analysing those volume indicators has always helped traders and investors to better understand what is happening in the market.
Here are the ones adapted with this study. Some of them used as a source for our aim, some adapted as they are with slight changes to fit visually to this study and please note that the numerical presentation may differ from their regular use

On Balance Volume
The On Balance Volume indicator, is a technical analysis indicator that relates volume flow to changes in a security’s price. It uses a cumulative total of positive and negative trading volume to predict the direction of price. The OBV is a volume-based momentum oscillator, so it is a leading indicator — it changes direction before the price
Granville, creator of OBV, proposed the theory that changes in volume precede price movements in a measurable way. He believed that volume was the main force behind major market moves and thought of OBV’s prediction of price changes as a compressed spring that expands rapidly when released.
It is believed that the OBV shows the interactions between the institutional and retail traders in the market
If the price makes a new high, the OBV should also make a new high. If the OBV makes a lower high when the price makes a higher high, there’s a classical bearish divergence — indicating that only the retail traders are buying. Another type of bearish divergence occurs when the price remains relatively quiet and fails to make a higher high but the OBV soars higher than the previous high — indicating that the institutional traders are accumulating short positions. On the other hand, if the price makes a lower low and the OBV makes a higher low, there is a classical bullish divergence, showing that the institutional traders don’t believe in that move
With this study, Momentum and Acceleration (optional) of OBV is calculated and presented, where momentum is most commonly referred to as a rate and measures the acceleration of the price and/or volume of a security. It is also referred to as a technical analysis indicator and oscillator that is able to determine market trends.
Additionally, smoothing functionality with Least Squares Method is added
Divergences especially, should always be noted as a possible reversal in the current trend, so the divergence indicator is adapted with this study where the Momentum of OBV is assumed as Oscillator with similar usages as to RSI. Divergence is most often used to track and analyze the momentum in an asset’s price and the odds of a price reversal within the current trend. The divergence indicator warns traders and technical analysts of changes in a price/volume trend, oftentimes that it is weakening or changing direction.
Correlation Coefficient
The correlation coefficient is a statistical measure of the strength of the relationship between the relative movements of two variables. A correlation of -1.0 shows a perfect negative correlation, while a correlation of 1.0 shows a perfect positive correlation. A correlation of 0.0 shows no linear relationship between the movement of the two variables. In other words, the closer the Correlation Coefficient is to 1.0, indicates the instruments will move up and down together as it is mostly expected with volume and price. So the Correlation Coefficient Indicator aims to display when the price and volume (on balance volume) is in correlation and when not. With this study blue represent positive correlation while orange negative correlation. The strength of the correlation is determined by the width of the bands, to emphasis the effect horizontal lines are drawn with values set to 0.5 and -0.5. the values above 0.5 (or below -0.5) shows stronger correlation.
Chaikin Money Flow , provide optionally as a companion indicator
The Chaikin money flow indicator (CMF) is a volume indicator that measures the money flow volume over a chosen period. The money flow volume is a measure of the volume and where the price closed relative to the trading session’s range. It comes from the idea that buying pressure is indicated by a rising volume and recurrent closes in the upper part of the session’s price range while selling pressure is demonstrated by an increasing volume and repeated closes in the lower part of the price range.
Both buying and selling pressures are accompanied by an increase in volume, but the location of the closing prices are in accordance with the direction of price
